The parts of the nervous system include the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. Each part's function is listed below.
Brain: Uses info from nerves to cordinate actions.
Spinal cord: Carries signals from sensory nerves to the brain.
Nerves: Carry messages throughout the body.
I think that the nervous system is the most important body system because without it none of the other body systems would work.

The nervous system works with other body systems.
It works with the muscular system by telling muscles to move.
It tells the heart to pump for the circulatory system.
It works with the respiratory system by telling the lungs to breath.
Fun facts:
There are more nerve cells in the brain than stars in the milky way.
The average number of neurons in the body is about 100 billion.
All of the neurons in the body lined up end to end would stretch about 600 miles.
