PARTS and FUNCTIONS
Excretory System (Click to enlarge.)
The excretory system parts include the kidneys, bladder, and urethra. The excretory system filters excess:
fluids
chemicals
vitamins
minerals
salts
and other wastes.
The urinary system removes waste by stuff going to the kidneys and being filtered. Then it goes to the bladder and is released.
WORKS with OTHER SYSTEMS

The Excretory system works with the other body systems.
It works with the circulatory system because blood passes through the kidneys.
The nervous system controls the excretory system.
It releases waste from the digestive system.
Fun facts:
The left kidney is higher than the right.
Water forms 95% of urine.
Blood passes through the kidneys 300 times a day.
